This rug is designed in Holland by Arte Espina who has one of Europe's most innovative design teams. The yarn they use is a specially developed high quality two ply Esprelle Acrylic that is soft to touch yet resilient enough to maintain it's shape; the yarn is also durable and extremely stain resistant. Espirelle is a special acrylic branded yarn of guaranteed consistent quality developed for Arte Espina. Though difficult to distinguish with the naked eye, there can be notable quality differences between different acrylic yarns. Espirelle is a thermo-fixed two-ply yarn spun at high revolutions. It has excellent resilience and a natural "wool look". Espirelle distinguishes itself by its high large restorative capacity and ease of maintenance.The Arte Espina rugs have the TüV/Tfi certificate released by the recognised independent Textile & Flooring Institute based in Aachen [germany] The certificate not only guarantees the quality of our rugs, but also that they meet all standards in the field of harmful products, emissions and odour. The certificate also specifies recommended type of use of the rug, indicating which location and intensity the rug is suited to. All Arte Espina rugs are recommended for normal household use.The comfort and quality of the rugs are determined by the pile height and density of the yarns. The comfort is designated by one to five stars. The number of stars in combination with recommened type of use is a good indication of the price/quality ratio of a rug.

• Assembly Service: The delivery team will unpack the product and provide up to 45 minutes of light setup that can require basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
• Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

Delivery Instructions

Your order will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery.
The following should be noted:

• A white glove delivery team consists of at least two people who will be in charge of carrying your order to your home from the back of the truck. This way you don't have to worry about transporting any heavy loads yourself.
• Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. Please note that failure to receive the order at the time previously agreed on can result in a higher fee.
• You must inspect your order at the time of delivery. If there is any sign of damage on the item or if you are concerned there may be damage, please make sure you write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.
